General Terms

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing wisdom-syscode.digital and enrolling in or purchasing information about our programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Educational nature of services

Wisdom Syscode provides cohort-based and self-paced economics education. Content is for professional development and does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or customs representation.

3. Accounts and communications

You agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep login credentials confidential. We may send operational emails about schedules, access, and policy updates.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, marks, and site content are owned by Wisdom Syscode or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or recording for redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair performance, or use it to transmit malware. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in Thailand, Wisdom Syscode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific enrollment giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

7. Governing law and disputes

These materials are drafted for educational websites operated from Thailand. They are not a substitute for counsel. Where Thai law applies, references include the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) as amended and relevant ministerial regulations, without claiming completeness. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith contact with our team. Where permitted, courts in Bangkok, Thailand, shall have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access for breach or operational reasons, with refunds handled per our Money-Back Policy where applicable.
