Money-Back Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition-style fees listed on our site in THB for Wisdom Syscode programs. Informational downloads without charge are outside scope.
2. Cooling-off period
Where you purchase online as a consumer in Thailand, you may have statutory rights including withdrawal within certain periods under consumer protection rules. This policy does not reduce those rights where they apply.
3. Eligibility for refunds (contractual)
If you request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment and before accessing more than twenty percent (20%) of released module materials for that enrollment, we will refund the amount paid minus non-refundable third-party fees we cannot recover.
4. Partial completion
After the threshold in section three, refunds are generally not available except where we cancel a cohort or materially change schedules in a way that prevents your participation, in which case we offer transfer or proportional credit.
5. Non-refundable items
Certificates already issued, bespoke mentor reviews delivered, and third-party examination fees (if any) are non-refundable once consumed.
6. Process
Email hello@wisdom-syscode.digital with enrollment reference, reason, and proof of payment. We respond within five business days with status.
7. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within fourteen business days of approval. Bank timelines may vary.
8. Cancellations by Wisdom Syscode
If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort of equivalent value.
9. Exceptions and disputes
Chargebacks should be a last step after contacting us. We document decisions in writing. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law.
