Data Protection

1. Data controller

Wisdom Syscode (contact at hello@wisdom-syscode.digital) is the controller for personal data collected through this site and enrollment workflows, unless stated otherwise for a specific processor relationship.

2. Categories of data

We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company), billing references where applicable, technical data (IP address, device type, cookies), and course interaction metadata necessary to operate programs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Purposes include providing courses, customer support, invoicing, security monitoring, and—where you opt in—analytics to improve materials. Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, and consent where required.

4. Retention

We retain enrollment records and communications for as long as needed to administer programs and meet accounting and dispute timelines, typically not beyond seven years for financial records unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Recipients and processors

We use infrastructure and email providers who process data under agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. A current list is available on request.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves Thailand, we rely on contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable and assess supplementary measures when needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact hello@wisdom-syscode.digital; you may also lodge a complaint with competent authorities where available.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported. No method is perfectly secure.

9. Children's privacy

Programs are aimed at professionals and higher-education learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent; contact us if you believe we have.

10. Policy updates

We will post changes here with an updated date. Material changes to how we use personal data may require additional notice where mandated.
